Today I made some paper cloth, which is thin fabric and thin paper glued together to make them one unit. I used watered down Elmer's glue mixed with water to glue the paper to the muslin fabric. I sprayed it with Tulip fabric spray in a few colors after I got the whole piece glued. I can use this paper cloth in collage or other stitching projects. I will post some pictures after it is dry. You can watch a video on Youtube about the process if you go to Diana

I am a mother of five children from ages 21 to 5. I spend most of my time mothering and keeping house. In my free time I like to play with textiles, art journaling and painting. I have a degree in textile and apparel studies with a design focus. Right now I am more interested in fiber arts than apparel design, but I don't know where my journey will take me. Categories
